Lost and Found at Melbourne Writers Festival

‘Loss,’ wrote Marcus Aurelius, ‘is nothing else but change’.

We lose face, lose time, lose heart; we can lose the things that hold us back or weigh us down, just as we can lose the people and places we love most. Loss, whether it offers us pain or reward, is fundamental to the experience of being human.

Join Griffith Review: Lost and Found contributors Ahona GuhaMadison Griffiths and Georgia Malu as they consider the many contours of loss – from the loss we can feel when we grow up between cultures, to the loss of identity that occurs when our bodies change and the loss we feel when confronted with our past selves. Hosted by Carody Culver.
