Maya Linden

Maya Linden has lived and worked in the US and Australia as a writer, researcher, restaurant, bar and book critic, creative copywriter and teacher of creative writing at the University of Melbourne.

Her creative and critical writing has been published in many journals including HecateWomen’s StudiesLife WritingMeanjinWesterly and Australian Book Review as well as several anthologies.

She has recently completed a PhD on feminine masochism in women’s writing at The University of Adelaide and has been awarded many honours for her poetry and short fiction.
