Johanna Bell is a Darwin-based author and director of StoryProjects, a creative agency that seeks to elevate unheard voices from regional Australia. She’s passionate about addressing voice poverty and geographic privilege and often collaborates with writers and artists from diverse backgrounds. Her work has been published by Allen & Unwin, Overland, Meanjin and Lor Journal, and she has won numerous awards for her writing and community development work.
