About the panel

Sam George-Allen is an award-winning author living in southern Tasmania. Her first book, Witches: What Women Do Together, was published by Penguin Random House in 2019 and by Melville House (US/UK) in 2020.

Sam van Zweden is a writer interested in food, memory, mental health and the body. Her debut book, Eating with My Mouth Open, won the 2019 KYD Unpublished Manuscript Award.
