Ya-Wen Ho

Ya-Wen Ho is a twenty-six-year-old poet who came to New Zealand from Taiwan at the age of seven. She is a graduate of the University of Auckland. 

Li Po (Li Bai), 701–762 AD, is a revered classical Chinese poet of the mid Tang Dynasty, known as the golden age of cosmopolitan civilisation.

Arthur Waley first translated ‘Clearing at Dawn’ into English in 1922.
