Rachel was the founding Editor of lip, a magazine by, for and about young women.

Tragically, Rachel went missing in 2011, while on holiday in Tasmania.

Rachel moved to Australia from the United States in 2001 and was working in the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet at the time of her disappearance.
