Paul Thomas has written seven novels and a short story collection. His weekly columns appear in the New Zealand Herald and New Zealand Listener.

His second novel Inside Dope (Hodder Moa Beckett) won the Crime Writers’ Association of Australia’s Ned Kelly Award for best crime novel of 1995.

He lives in Wellington.
