Mark Bahnisch

Mark Bahnisch is a Sociologist who has previously lectured at at Griffith University and The University of Queensland. He is now lecturing in the Faculty of Creative Industries
at QUT.

He founded and writes for one of Australia’s most widely read political blogs, Larvatus Prodeo.

Mark writes regularly for New Matilda, On Line Opinion and Crikey, and covered the 2006 Queensland election campaign for them. He also contributed to A. Bruns and J. Jacobs (eds), The Uses of Blogs, (Peter Lang, 2006).
