Kylie Charlton is a founding team member of Unitus Capital, a financial advisory firm specialising in arranging capital for microfinance institutions and other social enterprises benefiting those at the bottom of the economic pyramid.

Kylie is the 2009 Heloise Waislitz Fellow at the Asia Pacific Centre for Social Investment and Philanthropy (APCSIP) at Swinburne University.
