Jordan O’Reilly is the co-founder and CEO of Hireup, an online platform that enables Australians with disability and their families to find, hire and manage their own support workers. Since launching in 2015, Hireup has developed a peer-to-peer network of over eight thousand people with disability, their families and support workers.
