David Cohen is the author of the novels Fear of Tennis and Disappearing off the Face of the Earth. His short-story collection The Hunter and Other Stories of Men won the 2019 Russell Prize for Humour Writing and was shortlisted for the 2015 Dorothy Hewett Award for an Unpublished Manuscript. ‘The Terrible Event: A Memorial’ was longlisted for the 2021 ABR Elizabeth Jolley Short Story Prize.
