Anne Richards (aka Anne Galligan) is an author and an adjunct research fellow at Griffith University.

She was awarded an ARC postdoctoral fellowship at the Australian Studies Centre, University of Queensland, for her research into the contemporary Australian publishing industry. She co-edited Making Books: Contemporary Australian Publishing (UQP, 2007) with Professor David Carter.

She is a 2018 Griffith Review Fellow.
