Andrew Jakubowicz is emeritus professor of sociology at the University of Technology Sydney. He co-authored Ethnicity, Racism and the Media (Allen & Unwin, 1994); edited with Christina Ho For Those Who’ve Come Across the Seas (Australian Scholarly Publishing, 2013); and was one of the co-authors of Cyber Racism and Community Resilience (Palgrave Macmillan, 2017). He has worked on many TV documentaries, and produces the website Making Multicultural Australia. He has been a member of the advisory board to Multicultural NSW, and the board of SBS.
