Alison Aprhys has been a freelance journalist, writer and photographer for over fifteen years.

Her surfing articles and images have appeared in many newspapers and magazines including The Age, The Australian, Sydney Morning Herald, Surfer, Pacific Longborder, Slide, Surfgirl and Wahine.

Alison is a volunteer CFA firefighter and is currently writing for www.cfaconnect.net.au and Brigade.
