Mary Parker is a lawyer and writer based in Meanjin/Brisbane. She is completing her Master of Writing, Editing and Publishing at The University of Queensland with a dissertation on the life and literary works of Louisa Lawson. She was the 2025 Olga Masters Short Story Award winner, with her successful work published in Island magazine.
