The future of Tasmania

The Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) has helped put Tasmania back on the map. Lonely Planet ranks its capital, Hobart, in the top ten cities in the world to visit this year.

While for some, Tasmania maybe a cultural and environmental nirvana, others see it as inward looking and an economic basket case. So where is Tasmania headed? Paul Barclay from ABC Radio National Big Ideas finds out from a panel of Tasmanians, all contributors to Griffith Review 39: Tasmania – The Tipping Point?.
