Tony Preston-Stanley

Tony Preston-Stanley is a former public servant who resigned in early 2000. Since then he has been consulting with a United States-based firm specialising in post war reconstruction through institution and capacity building.

He is writing a book about his experiences and observations in Kosovo, Serbia, Montenegro and Iraq based on letters he wrote in that time. He returned to Iraq in May 2004.
