Sarah Barns

Sarah Barns is a cultural strategist and researcher who works across creative place- making and interpretation design through her practice Esem Projects. She is a research fellow at the Institute for Culture and Society, Western Sydney University. Her report with Phillip Mar, Waves of People: Exploring the movements and patterns of migration that have shaped Parramatta through time, was published by the City of Parramatta earlier this year.
