Salil-Tripathi

Born in India, Salil Tripathi is a writer based in London. He chairs the Writers in Prison Committee of PEN International. His books include Offence: The Hindu Case (Seagull, 2009), Detours: Songs of the Open Road (Tranquebar, 2015), and The Colonel Who Would Not Repent (Yale University Press, 2016). He is currently writing a book on the Gujaratis to be published by Aleph in 2018.
