Phillip Frazer

Phillip Frazer is a writer who founded several magazines in Australia in the 1960s and ’70s, including the Australian edition of Rolling Stone, a counter-cultural news broadsheet called The Digger and the pop-music weekly Go-Set. After moving to New York, he worked on political journals including The Nation and Mother Jones, and edited the Multinational Monitor published by Ralph Nader. He published News On Earth, an environmental newsletter, and The Hightower Lowdown until he returned to Australia in 2013.
