Kathleen Daly is Professor in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice, Griffith University. Her longstanding research interests are social inequalities, crime and justice. In addition to working with Professor Elena Marchetti on Indigenous sentencing courts, she is author of Redressing Institutional Abuse of Children (Palgrave Macmillan, 2014).

Elena Marchetti is a Professor of Law at Griffith Law School, Griffith University, and she is the Deputy Chair of the Queensland Sentencing Advisory Council. She is the author of Indigenous Courts, Culture and Partner Violence (Palgrave Macmillan, 2019).
