Justin O’Connor

Justin O’Connor is Professor of Cultural Economy at the University of South Australia and previously at Monash University and QUT. While director of Manchester Institute for Popular Culture, he was first Chair of the city’s Creative Industries Development Service and has been a UNESCO expert in this field.

He has just published Red Creative: Culture and Modernity in China and is working on a new book, Art of Reconstruction.
