Howard Pedersen

Howard Pedersen is a Broome-based historian who wrote the award-winning book Jandamarra and the Bunuba Resistance (Magabala, 1995) with Bunuba custodian Banjo Woorunmurra. He has been a policy and political advisor for several Indigenous leaders since the 1980s, and has worked in policy development roles for the Commonwealth and Western Australian governments.
