Hamish Clayton
Hamish Clayton was born in Hawke’s Bay in 1977.
He holds degrees in Art History and English Literature from Victoria University of Wellington, where he is currently working on a PhD about the New Zealand novelist David Ballantyne.
His first novel, Wulf (Penguin, 2011), won the Best First Book Award for Fiction at the New Zealand Post Book Awards 2012.
