Aaron Smith is a freelance journalist and author of two books. He is a regular contributor to Australian Geographic Magazine.

Aaron has a Master’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Tasmania, for whom he writes for from time to time.

Prior to journalism Aaron was a dramaturge whose work was produced in the Melbourne 2002 International Fringe Festival, the Melbourne 2003 and 2004 International Comedy Festivals and the Melbourne 2005 International Arts Festival.
