Where: Big Esso, Federation Square, Melbourne
Tickets: available here. Tickets include a seasonal set menu lunch
Meet us at Big Esso for some food for thought inspired by Griffith Review 78: A Matter of Taste. Over a seasonal lunch prepared with Indigenous Australian ingredients, a panel of culinary superstars will discuss their approaches to cooking and sharing food, as well as the intersections between multiculturalism, immigration and First Nations cuisine and their impact on Australian food culture.
Featuring Mabu Mabu owner and head chef Nornie Bero and award-winning author and broadcaster Alice Zaslavsky with host Jaclyn Crupi, this is sure to be a delicious conversation you can sink your teeth into.

Presented in partnership – The Wheeler Centre, Griffith Review and Blak & Bright.
